The ruler of Mount Bukdu. She is a descendant of the White Tiger, one of the four sacred creatures of the East Continent. Noe was scared of her which means that she is comparable to great demons and dragons which are the only other beings that can scare Noe.

She is very large and has a round face which doesn't suit her burly physique. She has blue fur with black stripes, she has scars that cover her whole body, which are implied to be from torture by the yangbans. She has black eyes and a pink nose.

She was once captured by the yangbans and tortured by Garam. Pagma tried to stop him, but he was defeated and locked away. He later escaped and released the Blue Tiger, then fled to the West Continent.
She removed the teeth of the tiger community to prevent them from eating mugwort and garlic which had been sprinkled by a daoist around Bukdu Mountain to turn them into daoist immortals.
She is the one who stole the original Red Phoenix Bow.
