Chepardea is one of Baal's Four Heavenly Kings. He was one of the strongest existences in hell.
He was originally a warrior who was loyal to the God of the Beginning, Yatan. After Yatan disappeared, he was cursed by Baal to lose his memory and toyed with. Nevertheless, he didn’t break down even in his final moments. He made Baal his companion on the road to the underworld.[1]
