The Dragon Pill is a miraculous medicine, a mythical elixir, made from a dragon's heart. It is a proof of human efforts that a Dragon can be killed. As an elixir that even the Gods covet, it will never be obtainable again. Absolutely nobody would be willing to give up the effects of the Dragon Pill.[2] When completely taken, the pill makes it possible to completely transcend the limits of the own class.[3]
Performance and Conditions[]
The amount of Mana accumulated in the Dragon Pill is very high. If the starting mana flood from ingestion is too much, it must be attempted to expand the Mana Core to accommodate the mana. The amount of mana cannot be handled by a single mana core expansion. If the mana core is not sufficiently trained, the expansion would progress very slowly. In order to prevent injuries, it is recommended to discharge the unacceptable mana out from the body.
If an individual with an untrained mana core fully embodies the Dragon Pill, the mana core can expand directly to the fourth stage. It would be a miraculous achievement because reaching the fourth stage is an area available only to the Great Magicians. But even they cannot absorb the whole pill at once. Apart from Braham, nobody can digest the pill completely. Everyone else is forced at some point to discharge the unacceptable mana.
Should an individual with an untrained mana core swallow the Dragon Pill, strength is needed for enduring the pain that occurs during the process of cracking in the expanding mana core. The mana core will be damaged by mana that is running wild throughout the body. The brave one who has adventurously taken the pill suffers a serious internal injury and it is harder to accumulate the mana. Only those who successfully reach the required amount of mana for the expansion will be able to restore the cracks in the mana core.[4]
Suffering from the Process of Consuming the Dragon Pill[]
After taking the pill, a large amount of mana would be flowing throughout the body and slowly permeating the mana core. The hot energy swells from below the belly button and swirls through blood vessels and veins that expand around the entire body to the limit. The mana flooding causes cracks in the expanding mana core. There is a shock like being stabbed in the stomach and then all the blood vessels in the body twists simultaneously. Spreading from the top of head to the tips of toes is the maximum pain the system allows that continues without any breaks. The eternity of hell makes dizzy and crumples up the face like a piece of paper. The engulfing fiery and burning sensation that does not even allow to scream feels as if the mind and body are completely burned. The skin becomes reddish and as hot as lava. Every time when breathing, blood is coughed up. The few words that squeeze out sound like scratching iron. As soon as one expansion happens, the cracks of the mana core are restored. The vicious cycle from causing cracks to restoring cracks repeats for the next steps as long as mana is remaining. As soon as the mana that ran wild in the body can be adjusted by the expanding mana core, the cracks are completely restored. The pain diminishes as the blood vessels and veins, which had been swollen to the limit, become stable again.[5]
