Information

A legend is an existence that became a legend due to the ‘feats’ that are built up as achievements by solving problems. Legends have established a presence where people never stopped talking about their feats. For each legend, it is the birth narrative and the further stories based on them that will be handed down to future generations. Those who are called legends of this world are trying to write an immortal message, a story passed through word of mouth that is never destroyed. An ordinary story based on common sense could not be imprinted strongly. A legend is a realm reached by accomplishing great feats.

The legends of the previous generation occupy a large amount of Satisfy's world view, so that most people are aware of legends and their feats. However, the history that players can easily access is just the previous generation of legends. The history of generations decades or hundreds of years earlier is difficult to access because it is too long ago. There are too many documents that are lost or classified in the process of winning or losing wars. The legends before the previous generation are less known, perhaps entirely forgotten. They are too far in the past and are not well mentioned in history. It is virtually impossible to collect the information of all the legends in the past.

The title of a legend does not just mean a strong person. A legend is someone who ‘goes beyond strength’ and shows ‘something that cannot happen’ or ‘something that should not happen.’ A legend is the personification of a miracle and is a transcendental presence. The talent of legends transcends the category of humans as with Transcendents. In contrast to transcendents, the legends wander around and waste their time on solving problems rather than advancing their own development. But a legend's strength is the experience. There are many legends that are overwhelmingly stronger than transcendents. Only the existence of an Absolute who unites both is definitely stronger in achieving the absolute feat of killing a God or a Dragon.

Legends don't Die

The reason why legends do not die easily is that conventional concepts cannot prevail in legends. In the face of the protagonist's unique presence on the battlefield, the ordinary soldiers fade away. The notion of military force is pointless in front of a legend. As long as they are not forgotten by people, the legends are able to receive the benefits of immortality. Players receive it as soon as they became a legend. But the inhabitants of the world are different, their lifespan is increasing. For a long life it is necessary that NPC legends engage in many battles and build up feats. If a legend does not overcome the limitations of life, it means that the person has enjoyed the natural life.

The world is constantly changing while new things occurring. People are interested in new characters rather than praising a person who lived a long time ago. Therefore, fame decreases with time and with it the feats spoken. If the fame is weak and with it the number of spoken feats, the status of a legend falls. If a legend is too far in the past, the legend is not well mentioned in history and will be forgotten. In the case of the production classes, in particular, people concentrate more on the works created than on the makers themselves, which tends to disperse the feats.

How to become a Legend

A new legend is bound to emerge and resolve difficulties. The possibility of a new legend emerging somewhere else cannot be ruled out. Satisfy is wide, and there might be legends among other species than Human as well. It is unknown what type of work they are doing, but they will become a legend in their field. The birth of a new legend is entirely possible. It has already been proven that there can be more than one legend in the same field at the same time. These people who are admired as legends leave behind their outstanding achievements in their field. A legendary class is not an all-rounder. Each legend has a different field, so that it is unreasonable to compare a legend to all of the previous generation.

The path to being a legend opens up either by pioneering through personal effort and power or by inheriting from a former legend. But not just anyone can inherit the power of a legend. One must be qualified. If someone is then qualified to follow the path of a past legend, then only the memories of the feats and visions of the past legend will allow the new legend to exert the full power. New pioneering legends can do this through their own efforts. In the own field, nothing is impossible for a legend but a legend cannot be claimed if a lack of achievement prevents being a legend. Legends do not make walls for themselves.

As Agnus proves, a legend wasn't just a word for heroes. It wasn't strange at all for someone to become a legend by doing bad deeds.

Legends' Succession

The Behen Archipelago is the place of succession for the next generation of legends. It exists to pass on the power of the former legends that have maintained peace thanks to their performance and sacrifice. There is a huge gap in strength between legends of the same era and even a greater gap with former legends. The next generation needs their full strength to protect the order of this world. The CC immunity of a legend is the minimum requirement to compete against Great Demons. The legends that could threaten the great demons are normally one person per era. The frequency is also historically very low.

Legends as a Hero

Legends are also recognized as heroes by the people and the system. But the term hero is not only used for legends. A hero has at least a unique class. And depending on the affiliation, someone is a hero for one side and an enemy for the other side, as with Madra, for example. A legend is a legend for a reason, whether a hero or not. But a legend that threatens great demons is a hero, and the Hero King, the hero of heroes, is at least a legend who will go beyond history and lead to myths. A hero is someone who fell from the heavens, where the hero was selected. The death of a hero is directly related to the world's crisis. That is why the hero left behind their secret techniques before leaving. They wanted someone to defend the world on their behalf.

Privileges of Legends

The One who Became a Legend title is something all legends have in common and is an exclusive privilege that causes resistance to all status conditions and five seconds of immortality. Legendary characters resist all conditions except for ‘states that occurred due to physical force’ and ‘states that ignore resistance.’ The symbolic power of a perfect Duke Title is a symbol of legends and gives great power. There is usually at least one creation skill for every legend, no matter what kind. The ability to make good use of battle gear is a basic thing for all the legends.

Nine Legendary Class Users

According to Lim Cheolho, there are a total of nine legendary classes based on the nine previous legends. As the new legends, the nine chosen people should lead the way until the normal classes catch up with them by gradually narrowing the gap with each Class Advancement, up to the fourth. The conditions for acquiring one are very tricky. It cannot be achieved by deliberately targeting the traces left behind. Still, an opportunity does not disappear after a single failure. Once successful, the level will be reset back to 1.

Most people are aware of them, because the nine former legends occupy a large amount of Satisfy's world view. The power of some of the former legends is comparable to or greater than the great demons. Their level in the prime as legends was at least level 600.

Growth Type Class Users

Growth type classes can become legendary based on hints by the author and that the users are considered to have major impact in the novel. Once they reach the legendary status, the penalty is only the regression to level 300. But the difficulty of class quests is very high and the penalty after a failure is unbearably high. The permanent weakening after one made mistake is like walking a breathtaking tightrope.
