- The 15th Lantier was revered as the Legendary Assassin[5], but being revered and being the Legendary Assassin are two different issues. Further information is necessary. In any case, the Death Knights of Legends are no longer Legends. Otherwise they would have the effect of the title One who Became a Legend. Any Death Knight of a Legend has never shown an effect of the title.[6] However, the Death Knight Lantier-who was made from the Remains of the 15th Lantier is still referred as a Legend.[7]
- (A quote of Kasim): "The second legendary assassin will be Your Majesty's shadow."[8] Here, Faker was referred as the second Legendary Assassin by Kasim. From this quote it seems that there existed only one Lantier who became the Legendary Assassin in the previous era. Before this, Kasim had also revealed that 25th Lantier was the one who became the Legendary Assassin.[9] There may be a chance that all matured Lantiers,-those who have mastered Lantier's Techniques, have the potential to become Legendary Assassins and when revealed to the world they become Legendary Assassins. Publicity and fame is very important to manage the status as a Legend. So when 25th Lantier's existence was revealed in front of the world, he also became a Legendary Assassin.
- Usually no Lantier reveals his/her existence in front of the world. When something like this is done, it would directly expose the hidden Assassin Organisation-the Eclipse and therefore there would be many troubles for the whole organisation after the revelation. Though Faker became a Lantier-the official head of Eclipse and a Legendary Assassin, his existence as well as the the organisation-both weren't revealed in front of the world. So it can be assumed that there are different conditions for a User to become a Legendary Assassin than a NPC, as the User can become a Legendary Assassin despite not revealing his identity while an NPC can't, like the case with other NPC Lantiers. There is also a chance that the status of Lantier in and of itself is Legendary one, so when Faker became a Lantier, he also became a Legendary Assassin as well. However, this also doesn't fit with all the NPC Lantiers, if this was the case then they all should have been Legends in the past as well, which they weren't in the least. Apart from the 25th Lantier,-who revealed his existence to the world, no other NPC Lantier was a True Legend.
