The prayer stat is opened by accumulating Deity points. It goes up by 1 for each prayer the owner of the stat receives. Having the stat allows one to add two additional options to items, costing 2,000 prayers to update either slot. The effect given is random, with seemingly all stats and special effects being able to be boosted. The amount it is boosted by significantly varies.
