Underwear makers are tailors, but not all tailors know how to make underwear. The underwear making method required high dexterity and intermediate level tailoring skills. The tailors of the northern people in particular specialize in warm underwear to withstand the cold.
The cost of making using the cheapest materials is less than two silver. The Underwear Production Button can be used by players, however, the probability of high quality underwear is lower than manually creating by hand. [1]
