Unknown Blacksmith's Hammer was forged by Grid for himself after finding out that a hammer was also important to craft a good item. Earlier than this he had been using the Blacksmith's Hammer which he had gotten from the Blacksmith Smith. He used to think that all production hammers were the same. But Khan’s response told him a different story. While making this blacksmithing hammer many Normal-rated hammers emerged, but Grid continued sweating and was able to make an Epic-rated hammer on the sixth attempt.
This hammer's creation was influenced by Khan's hammer, but when it was created-it was specifically designed by Grid, due to which its its usage condition came out as the Pagma's Descendant only. However compared to its usage conditions its performance is somewhat lacking.[2] It was also later on deemed as having a lack of performance, so when Grid wanted to create a sword named-Failure, to create this sword minimum at the Legendary-rating-he wanted to create a suitable blacksmithing hammer, which could also replace the 'Unknown Blacksmith's Hammer'. So he eventually was able to create the Legendary Blacksmith's Hammer-which then replaced it.[3]
